Update:

After receiving an email back from Aspyr's technical support, I went ahead and reinstalled everything. I can get to the next area now, although voice-overs are still dropping out... might not be a big deal for "atmosphere," but they are important when you need to listen for a code... (do subtitles work? hmmm...

Aspyr also claimed that "we cannot offer full support for the GeForce Quadro series cards, which are not intended for gaming," which is pretty odd when you consider this chart on Apple's site.

That is a damn strange statement from Aspyr about your GeForce Quadro card - after all, the Quadro series cards are certified to be fully OpenGL compliant! Bizarre...
