I'm now on my 8th hour trying to install - mark.goodenough

We have contacted Microsoft, Dell and Kodak. In our final contact with Kodak, they informed us that an upgrade can not be made on Windows XP Media Edition. Upgrade can be made on all previous editions. We share your agony and have E-mailed them with our complaint and they said "Your voice will be heard". We have spent at least 8 hours (and probably more) on this ourselves. So far "Our voice has not been heard).

Why don't you just use iLife which comes with your MBP and that IS UNIVERSAL?

Give it up....
Just use iphoto or aperture,
They work much better.

If you read the system requirements, you'll see that it isn't made for Intel Macs.

I'm now on my 8th hour trying to install - rosco99--2008

Bought M853 yesterday, have spent hours trying to load software, which just refused to load. Tried both CD and dowloaded latest versions and used clear all to remove.
Finally got installed by selecting Expert mode and installing only "EasyShare software". Then I repeated exercise using add Download software.
I tried every combination of components before this way worked.
I have installed 2 camera phones and 2 Digital cameras previously but this is the worst installation I have ever done.
