Similar to Faltron, the file is not recognized as a compressed/encoded file.

Decompressed and installed for me. I wonder if we compared creation dates for the .hqx if we'd find different dates. Maybe they messed up the upload to their server, or, like a lot of sw here, they posted the update before they had finished uploading so folks got partial files.

Try again and report if you see an issue.
