Must be your system - Central Scrutinizer--2008

I've been using TTP 4 since version 4.0.3, currently using 4.1.2, and I've never had any troubles with my eDrive on three different computers (yes of course I purchased a copy of TTP 4 for each Mac I own!)

TTP 4 is the only system utility of it's kind that I even trust. Norton is garbage. Drive Genius is no genius.

BTW, don't optimize your volumes if you want OS X to perform at it's best. Do a search for OS X Hot Zone to learn why OS X drives do not need optimizing and actually suffer a performance hit from it. Also, OS X defrags files <20 MB on the fly (the sizes the need defragging), so there's no need to defrag. Think about it: if Darwin needed an optimizing utility, wouldn't there be an open source version available? None are available, because Unix doesn't need them.

eDrive hijacks startup... - starion

My original comment still stands. I tried this software on three different systems with the exact same result.

Software is now totally gone from all my machines. Waste of money.
