I think you got it anyway - it *combines* features and as with many other applications this is often the better way for effective working rather than collecting 599 different Utilities in my Application folder.

This "Mosaic" stuff is an unnecessary gimmick, developers should focus on a good catalogue and database programm.

In fact this is a great app
you can take all your library on your mac
it is really easy and fast to add keyword to the videos
because of the mosaic showing you what is in the clip even without having to play it.

you can find video from one person in one click and copy footages to imovie or final cut

you can send the result of your search by mail or to a website

it's a good tool for pros or for familly usage

the more you use it the more your database will be rich covering all the subjects you like
ok it could be better but i think it will

you should try seriously for a while, then you'll see how easyly you can find your footage back
