I'm put fan because I'm not a geek. and anyway Adobe's useless support for golive forced me to look for an alternative product I live in England and UK support for Adobe is in India !!!
Softpress email support is a million times better than Abobe and many others I could list. Do Apple list all theirs ?
If you like the product the email forum gives you help and latest update info before it even gets to VT. sign up for it.

I agree at least a link to the kb update info from VT would be good

but it might not be Softpress's fault ( maybe the list of improvements/fixes was a it bit to long for VT)
