Not working on my MacBook with 10.4.7, either. Installs, but doesn't alter anything.

10.4.7 not compatible - Imperial

Try logging out and back in. I thought it didn't work on my Intel iMac with 10.4.7, but now after logging in again, it's working like a charm.
