Yes, there will be a universal app (UB) at some point, but not in the immediate future. See following responses.

Actually, it is faster under Rosetta than running native on a dual G4 PM. CCN X is quite effiecient, so using Rosetta should have no impact on user's performance. Until we convert to UB, all is well.

This assumes Xcode is required to create a UB. A compiler such as gcc4 is all that is required to create a UB. Since I'm on the FB beta team, I can't share any details, but I can tell you the developer(Staz Software) and the beta team is committed to creating UBs with FB

Thanks for the kind words. I do my best with limited time. I've supported versions of this app back to the 68k Mac processor and I'm not stopping now.

A test universal binary of CCN X has been created. A lot of work remains because the internals need to be changed. However, with the milestone achieved, I'm hoping for delivery of a UB version this year (2007). I'd be happy to answer any other questions on this topic via email for those that are interested
