Can't be installed - kirk5

It was in Software Update and installed just fine. Maybe it takes a few hours to replicate to all of the Software Update servers.

Where's my update? - ramseypress

Yeah, same problem, I have 6.02 installed and the software update tells me there is an update. Then when I try to update there is nothing there? Also when I start the prog sometimes it asks me to rebuilt the thumbnails but every time I try it gets about one third the way through and hangs. Shame 'cos I like alot of the features and have begun using it more to crop & adjust batches of pics before going to photoshop as it is quicker. Off to download the updater from somewhere else.
Still like the programme so I guess I can live with the problems till they fix them.

Can't be installed - cogden

I just downloaded the standalone version and updated without a problem.

By any chance have you moved and/or renamed the iPhoto application? If so, you need to put it back in the "Applications" folder root, named "iPhoto.app". Apple's installer is stupid and can't find the app by creator, etc.

Good luck!

I was able to download the standalone installer and update without incident.

By any chance have you moved and/or renamed the app? The stupid Apple installers can only find/update when the "iPhoto.app" is in the root of the "Applications" folder.

Good luck!
