just click finder pop in little snitch pref panel same place as Delete... choose preference... ans uncheck that pref.

Urgently needs rules for code injections! - MacHound

I agree this is a problem that limits the usefulness of Code Injection alerts. Default Folder is another mainstream app that gives lots of injection warnings. I'd like an "allow always" option for individual trusted programs, such as Default Folder, to work without all the warnings.
