They are liars [this is not fair] - leoofborg1
Guys: This is not quite fair to foist upon this developer. SIMBL is a package developed by Mike Solomon [unrelated to these guys, and the dev of PithHelmet as well].It's -really- important to be running the current version of SIMBL unless you like inputmanager trouble. If the 1Passwd crew just picked up the distro from Mike on trust then you should reserve this opinion to Mike.

Not all software that 'phones home' does so maliciously. Some devs do care. A polite email to Mike might shed more light on this issue. See his license term #3::
**If you want more from SIMBL, check out the source and make change suggestions. Please do not distribute a modified version of SIMBL, it would make my life a living nightmare.**

They are liars - Tim Haigh
Perhaps the term 'Liar' is a bit harsh, It was a keen jerk reaction to a company that claimed there was no malware or spyware in their product. The fact that a compay claims this makes me instantly suspicious. Then i found the simbl plug phoning home and that made me angry. You are not alone the simbl package included with other apps such as pith helmet also phones home.
