Download is confusing still - Adreitz

Download vlc-0.8.5-test4.dmg. The other is an internet plugin. Please don't give a bad rating to a piece of software just because there's something you don't understand. There's a reason you have an option to simply give a comment, instead of a rating.

Download is confusing still - ATPTourFan_

There are two actual downloads there. One is the player and the other the plug-in. Those files end in .dmg. The files ending in .md5 are security checksums that you can verify against your downloads (this is completely optional and only necessary if you question the legitimacy of your .dmg download).

Did you even read the replies to your previous complaint? You are a dumbass. Take your computer and throw it out the window. I'll cut someone some slack the first time but to parrot the same complaint over and over when the information you need has been given to you is either the worst case of trolling or you simply shouldn't own a computer.

To the User who posted this comment who cannot figure out downlad mirrors and the difference between a plug-in and an application (and blames the software developer for his ignorance):

Here is a guaranteed way to solve your download problem:

1) Unplug your computer from any kind of surge protector or ground fault interruption socket.
2) Plug it back in the bathroom. Use an extension cord if you need to to avoid plugging your machine into a ground fault interrupter proctected wall socket.
2-a) Restart Computer.
3) Fill bathtub with warm water.
4) Add one cup of table salt to water, agitate water until it is disolved.
5) Get in bathtub and lie down, covered with water.
6) Pull computer into bathtub, making sure it is also submered into water.

PLEASE DON"T REVIEW ANY MORE SOFTWARE!
