Video: All, Audio: All -> Menus = Yes
Video: All, Audio: Main - > Menus = Yes (this is new in Pop 2)
Video: Main -> Menus = No
Video: Custom -> Menus = Yes (if you keep all Video)
Basically, it works like version 1, if you keep all Video, you get menus. The difference is that version 2 now allows you to drop audio and keep menus. Prior version didn't have that option, so if you wanted to drop extraneous audio but still have a menu, you were out of luck.
