Dude, notebook files are package folders.

Simply select the notebook file, select Show Package Contents in the Finder, and navigate to the "attachments" sub-folder.

Everything is there.

Sheesh.

Native support for pdf, web archive, audio and video files will be available in version 1.2. I'm working on it as I write this. I'm working on it as I sleep. =)
