I had the same problem - I contacted the developer, did as I was told and now it works great. Better use of time than just sending a gripe out to the Version Tracker community that needlessly puts people off the product.Saturday, April 08 2006 @ 03:02 AM PDT

I had the same problem -- turned out I had never "unlocked" the updated version. You need to register, if you haven't already, and then follow the unlocking directions exactly. Once you do, the program runs beautifully. I love it -- use it all the time for working with my kids at school.Saturday, April 08 2006 @ 06:44 AM PDT
