If there is confusion between the two of these, it's Microsoft's fault for making similarly named software that do similar things.... It just points out the fact that Microsoft is a very confused company with poor product developement management and equally bad judgement in product differentiation. Most PC users can't even tell you the difference between Windows Messenger and MSN Messenger. This is Microsoft's fault for creating confusing product tiers that overlap in name and/or function. It's not good for consumers and bodes poorly for their future directions as well.
