i'm surprised and dismayed that aquaminds doesn't bother to monitor comments and respond ... but ... perhaps their latest "noteshare" might work for you?

Yes, NoteShare is designed to address the multiuser issues, though it may be better to use a wiki-like tool for group collaboration (and perhaps NoteShare is such a tool). I've been using ProjectForum.com and it is very nice.

The worst aspect of the NoteTaker interface, IMHO, is the toolbar. If Aquaminds would adopt the Apple toolbar configuration scheme, it would be much easier to use and configure.

There's room for improvement in wiki-like behavior. For example, when text is selected for a link, it would be nice if the default were to create a new page with the link text as its name. Currently, one has to create a new page first and then point the link dialog to it.

Finally, it could be a nice journaling tool if it were a bit easier to create non-ToDo items in ToDo sections. Then a new blank page could be used as a daily diary without worrying about each entry getting copied to the next day unless it gets checked off (flagged).
