The new built in sync is not good, here's why... - e2Sync

The new built in sync does a wholesale sync of everything in Entourage with everything in AddressBook and iCal. There is no way to select what gets synced, or more importantly, what does NOT get synced. If you have 20 contacts in Entourage, the new built-in sync is probably just great for you, but if you have any more than that, forget it, it's not going to be very helpful. e2Sync allow you to select via category or individually, what gets synced. It will also sync immediately upon clicking the iSync button instead of waiting for Microsoft's non-disclosed schedule. This alone makes e2Sync infinitely more powerful and useful than the new built-in sync, and yet e2Sync has many other powerful features beyond this.

Honestly, we were worried MS was going to kill us when they released this, until we saw that what they actually gave users is nearly useless. It's a token effort so they can claim to be compatible with iSync. e2Sync though is a powerful and yet easy to use Sync tool.
