Whats up with 128.3 - zoads

I also downloaded 128.3 and it wouldn't even launch.Later in the day i saw that 128.4 was listed so i downloaded that and it downloads as 127.1.Thats what i had before and it work fine so i am going to save a copy of 127.1 until they figuire out what the glitch is.
