Me either! Version 3.1 (still installed) works just fine, but when I double-click 3.1.1, a brief pause and then a quick QUIT ensues!

Same problem, DP G5 2.0 doesn't start. The last version of TCC didn't boot either... I'm thinking of dumping it from my list of tools.

Caution - corradokid

Same thing on my 1.67GHz G4 Powerbook, 10.4.5. Bounces in the dock then quits.

Tiger Cache Cleaner has always been temperamental for me when launching- either an error about Safari needs to be updated (incorrect) or could not start the engine or something. Happens on other Macs as well, not just mine.
