AVOID! - turingart

Due to an email filtering/rule problem, we failed to receive the emails the customer mentioned.

As soon as we received his complaint through PayPal, we immediately answered and offered a refund.

We are very sorry for this problem!

Unfortunately, very seldom, certain mail rules are false true fue to the native of email and email rule/filtering systems.
