I also agree that it would be better to wait until Apple addresses this issue, which they are already working on. In the mean time you can go to Preferences > General and UNclick "Open safe files after opening". Better safe than sorry, and the less programs like this on your Mac, the less chance for other security holes to pop up. The answer is not to use a band-aid approach (like this program) to fix this issue, the answer is to let Apple plug the hole and then there is no problem to worry about.
