Yes there is. Look down near the bottom of the page. There are links for Mac OS X (and other platforms). That will take you to another page, where you answer some question, then to the download page.

I thought that same thing as you the first time, but trust me, it's there. I've just downloaded it. :)

Indeed, Cisco's web site is a nightmare. And I too cannot download VPN 4.9, despite following the directions meticulously. Some people apparently can download it, but others (including me) cannot.

Why can't VersionTracker simply post it on their server?
