If I mount it with Toast 7.0.2 (running under OS X 10.3.9)I get two disc images, both called Kubuntu_510.vpc7, both of which give the error "Item "" is used by Mac OS X and cannot be opened". I've tried cd'ing to the image and ls says there's something called Kubuntu_510.vpc7 but I can't cp or mv it anywhere.

I have to add that Kubuntu is darn slow under VPC. I'm running it on my 2.1GHz iMac with 1.5GB of RAM - it is much much slower than Debian runnning on my nine year old G3 Powermac (actually the G3 card in there is newer) with only 196MB of RAM. There, KDE and everything runs snappy (even though not really comparable with a new machine).
So, I won't use Kubuntu on VPC, sorry.
