Probably not. There are several applications with "Office" in their names and many of them do the same thing as MS Office, like NeoOffice, OpenOffice, and ThinkFee Office.

Similar name problem? - Jeronimo2000

Has a similar name to the Apple "Mac" line of computers (http://www.apple.com). Possibly copyright problem? ;-)
