Unfortunately 5.8 is MUCH slower in browser view! - Herwig Henseler
Have to correct myself a little bit. The UNIVERSAL BINARY version is MUCH slower on PPC. The non-universal version ist fast as ever.As a result, only use the Universal version if you indeed have an intel Mac. Otherwise, stick with the non universal version.
