If you're running Panther, I believe that you should be running version 3.0.2 and not 3.2.1. Tiger made a lot of changes in software requirements. I'm not an expert, but you might want to check it out with tech support at dejavu@propagandaprod.com

for bad software is "crapware," not "junkware."

Just a friendly heads up so you don't embarrass yourself later. :)

BTW, the other commentor is correct, you're using the wrong version for Panther. Go back to 3.0.2 and then see if this is crapware - I believe you'll find that it actually rocks.
