One of the few software programs that gets worse with time -

I absolutely agree. I'm still using the previous version after trying the upgrade, (and messing up my computer, it took to days to fix it and go back to version 4), I've been looking for an alternative but can't find another program to do what this one does. I'm a single user so the group scheduling is not a big issue for me, but the ability to group people under categories and keywords is very useful..
any recommendations?

I am sorry but I do agree with this. It is a shame but I migrated from Act! because I wanted a true cross platform data base and after wasting many hours trying to get keywords to synchronise from PC <=> Mac I emailed NUTD and was told, very promptly (thanks) that they are having trouble with keyword synching so have withdrawn it on the PC.!!! Synching over the net works and doesn't work - why? Vary vexing. Seems to be a good company but just does not seem to be able to make it yet.
