You are right to leave now. Despite the comment from Colourfull Creations, you could still follow their "support path" and it won't change the fact that the program didn't bid when it was supposed to. Contacting support didn't change that fact for me.

AND, if you complain about it, they will stop talking to you altogether, rather than admit or fix the problem. As I said in my previous post, run very far away. Even at $10 it's not worth the aggravation.
