I have been usingt 4.0.1 for quite awhile now and have backed up my entire DVD colletion without a single problem. The registration process is a bit weird, though, but once you get through it - everything works like a charm! Video quality is very good, and ability to deselect unnecessary content is very useful (Roxio Popcorn, for example, does not allow to deselect unnecessary content).

Not sure why would I need to upgrade to 4.0.2, though - 4.0.1 seems to be working fine! "Don't fix it if it ain't broken!" ;)

FAST DVD COPY BEWARE, THIS DOES NOT WORK! - joelaron_dotmac

I purchased the very first version, and have upgraded every time there was one available. WIth every upgrade I thought, "This will be the one that makes a dvd backup copy that works". Wrong wrong wrong.

I wonder, is there anything that we can do as users to initiate an action to have these guys shut down? ...cause I'm sure you all know, as I do, that they will not refund ANY amount of the $99 that we were suckered into paying.

I'm sure that FastDVD Copy works for some... maybe a few. It seems that all they do is keep updating for those few that love it, and ignore the mass of people that can't use it...and have paid for it.
