My experience is positive (Microtek 8700) - n9vjg

Oh, and I should mention that I downloaded v7.5 from the website directly. I didn't see anything that read "7.51" So maybe that makes a difference.

Quick work-around "not found" errors - n9vjg

1. Turn off scanner.
2. Unplug firewire from computer.
3. Wait 5 seconds. Plug back in.
4. Turn on scanner.
5. Re-launch Scanwizard.
So far, so good (and I saved $$$ by not buying another driver).
