Lost Potential - hueco

MarketCircle released a beta of Billings some time back, which showed that they had, contrary to statements and promises, made very little progress on the app for several months. Improvements were incredibly minor; no new report engine, no etsimate/invoice editing, etc. Since Billings is still being sold at an "introductory" price, one is left pondering what sort of pandering is going on here. Very disappointed with this company.

We understand that you are upset because of what may seem like a lack of progress. I can assure you that we are working on the new report engine. It's just taking a lot longer than expected. Also, some (not all) of the feature you've requested will be out at the same time.

If you honestly feel that Billings is not providing you any value whatsoever at this time, simply ask for a refund.

....but at least the Estimate function is better than the equivalent "estimate" function is Daylite3.

How could a company with one poor application, transport the functionality into another application - and make it WORSE?
