iBiz still needs to improve, especially the invoiceing of a mixture of timed and quantity billed items, but it still seems the best of what is available.
Both iRatchet and TimeNet look promising, but suffer from basic flaws that mean they could not be considered as an alternative to iBiz yet. Between the three, Mac users have a good choice of easy-to-use invoicing apps, but none of which really met professional needs.
