Good! Your positive experience proves my conviction that the experience I had would not be a universal one. I don't know if it was trying to swap button functions to set up for a lefty or some more obscure conflict on my very customized Mac.
The mouse and drivers work well on my PC so I'm not going to explore further. I will say that I still prefer the Intellimouse Optical with USB Overdrive on my Mac to the Laser 6000 on my PC as an input device and driver combination.
