Glad you liked my program.

I've added the feature to convert text files in place. What it does now, is on conversion, it moves the original files to a folder next to the originals, and then puts the converted files where the old one was.

This can leave a whole load of old files in "EncodingMaster_Originals" folders next to the original files. Which may be a pain to delete. So I provided a "Remove Old Originals" menu which will remove that folder, but only if you open that menu item.
