You clearly haven't read the reviews. The product had problems even in advertised conditions and customer support was always a problem. I'll be sure to try the latest version, but this company has some serious work ahead to earn back my and others respect and trust.

Ditto on the above comment.

Their responsiveness and delivery of updates has been galacial.

I was an early adopter (1.0 era), participatedin the beta for 2.0, and I finally gave up and went to Entourage.

When they removed the users forums from their website, and forced people into the same tired knowledge base (that NEVER had new topics in it), I just wrote them off.

You say they are very responsive, who did you actually manage to get a response from? I have had no success getting any support. At this point I'd settle for simply un-installing the product, but even that is impossible as the uninstaller breaks the regular iCal meeting acceptance features.
