You could use Clutter, or the any of the several dashboard widget that are avaiable to active change the album art.
That is what i do.

Thank you very much, but as I've said I've tried a bunch of softs :(
- JewelCase is pretty good but act as a visual plugin, it's not wat I want.
- Clutter is really good too, but Have you seen the size of his window (borders, buttons, etc.)?
- Widgets: It's really not the way I want to see at my artworks. More over, There is actually no way to freely set the size I want for my artwork window. It's as much fast to look directly iTunes.

My request is simple: 1/ Display my artwork as(or almost) iTunes do it on Expanded View (plus resizing). 2/ Get this view updated if I've choosen "Current playing song". Logical.
