Don't Upgrade Yet!! - Prosoft Engineering

Hello,
I work in the Technical Support department for Prosoft Engineering. I would like to get more information from you regarding your problem with the Client. What we would really like to see is the Client log report. To generate this go to the Tree Icon>Help>Generate Report and then e-mail to support@prosofteng.com. We would very much like to get this problem resolved for you.

Not surprising at all. Prosoft is taking the approach of forcing an upgrade for Mac OS support, rather than giving Mac OS users easy access to their legacy products. Of course, convincing typical vendor-lock-in CTOs to upgrade their Novell installations for Mac support is laughable, so chaulk up yet another mark in the Loss column for Novell.
