Ah, another satisfied customer, just like I was. It still burns to have paid for product that just doesnt cut it and then to find that tech support is just doesnt cut it it either when it comes to hearing what PAYING customers are saying. I know I wont touch or recommend their products either! Do you get it Ambrosia?

Tech Support from Ambrosia here. I read your comments regarding WireTap Pro and am glad I followed link lane to this one also.

I'm concerned that you aren't getting replies sent to my address.

Please contact me once again and I'll send a reply immediately. I think I'm on top of all outstanding issues with SP X, so I should be able to get you up and running asap. If not, I'm sure we'll want to address whatever problem it is you're having.
