Apple unlikely to sue. However Viacom could as Apple are using the Mighty Mouse trademark on License from what I remember. :)

THIS IS ONE STUPID COMMENT!

Unsanity's Mighty Mouse was out LONG BEFORE Apple's hardware mouse.

Unsanity is the one that could take Apple to court.
