No, it was really more of a generic point which some people seem to be taking very personally for reasons best known only to themselves.

I'm just SO SICK of seeing the same old complaints. I'm sure people aren't making them up, but we have an awful lot of Macs here, and very, very few problems. Which leads me to believe that people are either terminally unlucky or they enjoy complaining a lot.
