I did the upgrade, they send you a new chip and everything works afterwards includng their own software. However, I now use the eyeTV product as the digital widescreen broadcasts are so much better.

There never has been any customer Service at Formac. You pay your money, and then NEVER EVER hear from them again. Regardless of how often you try to contact them. This has been their modus operandi for at least the last 4 years or more.
