The PAL<->NTSC conversion works just fine and the app is released 2 years ago...If someone runs onto any kind of troubles please use the support forum for posting the questions or contact me via support email and I will troubleshoot the problem as fast as I can...

Not working for me... - warner.s

Been to the forums. All over the forums. It would seem that some people got it to work. The answers to getting the app. to work require hours of reading and knowledge of complex settings. Do you know what kind of sound files your VOB's have? Not a clue. Just know I have a standard PAL DVD with the standard IFO, BUP and VOB files in it. I just want to convert it to NTSC so I can watch it on my DVD Player. I don't need to know the complexities of how it works. I don't want to know what kind of sound files might be nested in there. I have the latest OSX and the latest QuickTime. Tried to convert and got nothing but AppleScript -2700 errors. Read the forums and the answers listed refered to some missing codecs, and making sure that the DVD has a certain type of sound file. Give me a break. I don't want a degree from DVD college to make this thing work. I have no idea how my web browser works. I just fire it up and it goes. That is what most other apps. do also. That is what this app. should do but doesn't. Just read the comments about the support. It's good to have great support, but better when you don't even need it.

Thanks, but no thanks. I wait till I find one that with just a few clicks works.

I'm sure it was very hard to make this app. and I give you credit for that. This is just not what the regular computer user has much of a use for.

Digital video is a serious study, and there are no shortcuts to authoring DVD, HD, and compression formats in the various modes. "One click art" hasn't come to quality video yet. If you want to do the job correctly, you simply have to tackle the learning curve. And this app does it correctly with the best image and audio quality available today.

If you want one click art, go find an inferior product that ignores the variables and produces inferior quality for people who must have instant gratification.
