I had troubles getting this to work until I went back to the passport webpage, logged-in and checked the 'remember this computer' or whatever to make it so you don't need to log-in every time - this program seems to use the cookies or whatever to log-in so you don't have to type anything - but you have to let the web site set it up, the XBox Live Friends program can't seem to do it.
