Valid complaint - amake

If you look at the filesize closely, you should find that PNGCrusher made the file slightly smaller than the others. If you're using this graphic on a website, every little bit can make a difference, but if not then maybe you wouldn't care.

True, PNGCrusher just replaces your original file. However, that was kind of the point. I hate having to replace the original files with the optimized ones. Since the files are only modified if the compression can be improved, it should be safe to always replace the original. If you absolutely don't want that, by all means use one of the other apps.
