Excuse me, but for a month there Snapz Pro was listed as compatible 10.2 and above, without any mention of there being a problem with 10.4. At the very least Ambrosia could have released a warning saying that the software was no longer functional on the most recent OS. But they didn't, and they continued to accept money from people. Ambrosia can release updates at whatever pace they want, but at the very least they should make it absolutely clear that the program may not work, and by clear I don't mean a note on some recondite support board.
