Tiger Support - blackorchid

I was told by several dfferent Formac staffers within the past month: "Wait - don't install tiger yet - we will have a new software upgrade out on the web as a free download for you on Friday". Well, several Friday's have past, and they always say "next Friday". I am having trouble with verison 3.10 since I switched to Mac OS 10.3.9, but they say no one else but me has had trouble with this verison of the OS. I am very disgusted with them.
