10.4 Tiger - Xapplimatic
The file should automatically decompress into a folder (called something like eUSBxxx).. then you just run the installer, and then (IMPORTANT, it won't work if you don't do this), let the computer reboot or reboot it if the installer doesn't so the computer will recognize the new driver. Hooking up the Cameramate to a direct USB port (as opposed to a USB hub) may be required. You may have to hook it up once to initialize the driver, then restart again, and it should work like a sharp knife through butter! ;)(Seemed to work fine on 10.4.0 and 10.4.1 on G4 and G5 iMacs. If you have issues with 10.4.2, it may be 10.4.2's fault, as it seems lots of applications are giving me crap, possibly even the cameramate driver it seems now under 10.4.2--especially the Dock crashing all the time, every time I log in using Fast User Switching enabled accounts. Hopefully all better by 10.4.3, if not, revert to 10.4 or 10.4.1 and it works for sure!

OK, how do you get the driver to work? I have no idea what to do with .sizes, .pax.gz, .bom or .pax files. I have clicked on each but none seem to install this driver. What do I do?Reply to This
