My impression is that if you're doing Carbon work, Metrowerks is a better tool. For Cocoa, probably XCode, but if you're really good with Metrowerks, stay with the tool you know.

Either way I use CodeWarrior myself, and I find it an excellent tool; but it's really in need of a major update, gcc and Xcode is starting to get very advanced compared to CodeWarrior now when it got autovectorization and optimizes very well these days too.

Other than that the obvious pro about CodeWarrior is without doubt it's support for both MacOS 9 and Win32.
And if you maintain or compile older applications based on the PowerPlant framework etc.
