every e-mail i sent was answered by redlex, sometimes within minutes; suggestions i made were taken into account too. concerning the look of mellel: that is a question of taste. i'd also prefer a customizable menu like all the other OSX apps have. at least you can now easily trash the heavy metal look. and in general mellel is extremely reliable (which nisus is not - don't be fooled by nisus' nice optics! i have also felt tempted to switch, as nisus looks nicer and seems to be a bit more intuitive. but what is this worth when nisus crashes and you loose all unsaved text?) and mellel - I'm an iBook user - doesn't eat up your battery power like other apps (esp. word which turns on your HD every few minutes).
service is quite good actually... - kunstmaler
